Can I return or exchange my items?
All items are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
What about customs fees, duties and taxes?
Please note that all customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the pricing or shipping costs.
How long are shipping times?
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for processing / fulfillment during Collection 001.
When do you have new releases?
We have limited collections drop throughout the year. Please sign up for the Cross Projects newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can only be canceled prior to the order being shipped. Once an order has been shipped (you have received an email with your tracking information) we can no longer cancel the order. To have your order canceled, please email customer service at support@crossprojects.co and provide your Name, Order Number and in the subject line "Order Cancellation". Once your order has been canceled, you will receive a confirmation email of the canceled order. Please allow the banks/credit card companies 3-5 business days for the refund to clear through to your account.
Can I change my shipping address?
Your shipping address can be changed prior to the order being shipped. Please email customer service at support@crossprojects.co and include your Name, Order Number and correct shipping address you'd like it changed to. Once your shipping address has been changed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Only a shipping address can be changed, billing addresses cannot be changed. Once an order has been shipped (you have received an email with your tracking information) we can no longer change the shipping address.
Can I change out items from my order or add on an item to my order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change out the inventory on it or add additional items to an existing order.
I never received a confirmation email?
Please double check that our emails are not going to your Spam folder. Typically, that is where they get filtered to. Please reach out to customer service at support@crossprojects.co. Please include your Name, Order Number and correct email address to have it changed to.
